Welcome to our website, items sold at shop.jofre.eu are directly sold by TASFRE, S.L
Products sold on our website are meant for final customers only. We try to be as accurate as possible in our photographs and description of the products, but real product might slightly differ from pictured product due to the impossibility to reflect real color and details by computer screens.
Order process is done by adding items to the basket. To process order do as follows:
- Do click on "add to cart" icon on the product page.
- On “my cart” go to “checkout”.
- Fill and review the information requested and proceed to shipping.
- Chose the preferred shipping method.
- Fill in details for the chosen payment method.
- Finish by clicking "Complete Order".
Once you have placed your order, we will send you an email acknowledging the exact details of your order.
Unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order in accordance with the Returns Policy, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when you receive an email from us confirming the shipping of the order.
Products price is shown with the 21% IVA, which is charged in countries within the European Community. For countries outside European Community the IVA will be deducted and client will have to pay taxes and duties of the destination country upon receipt of the package. These products are subjected to being modified. Price on the product page will be the same as price at checkout, but if there was a price error on product ordered, we will communicate as soon as possible and give the option of re-confirming or canceling the order.
We accept different means of payment at checkout: credit card, PayPal and bank transfer. We will use the most secure payment method possible, and after payment approval we will ship the order. If a payment issue arises, we will contact you immediately through the given email address. We will include invoice of the purchased goods inside the package.

Please visit our “Shipping Conditions” page in order to know rates and delivery times. We will ship orders through the most convenient carrier, and delivery times are estimated and cannot be guaranteed. For shipment outside of the European Community, we will include the requested documents by customs and the clients will have to pay taxes and duties if applicable in order to receive the package.
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We accept return within 14 days after order shipment. In order to process return, an e-mail has to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason for the return. Then a return code will be given. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.
The return has to be done through the customer means, on the case of a refused shippment, the cost of returning the order to our warehouse will be charged to the customer.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. The courts of Spain shall have the exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute or claim relating to these Terms and Conditions
